Directions For Use:
Take 3 capsules all together once per day with water, after food. (can be after breakfast, lunch or dinner.)
For best results drink between 1-2 litres of water each day while taking Perfect C.
Under 35 yrs a 3-6 months course is recommended. Over 35 yrs a 6-9 months course is recommended. Each capsule contains high quality herbal ingredients.
